Robbie Glazner serves as a pastor at Crosspoint. Robbie and his wife Charissa have four children (Abigayle, Molly, Bobby and Lucy), a fish named Henry and too many scorpions in the backyard to name.

He received a B.A. and M.A. from Maranatha Baptist University and an M.Div from Virginia Beach Theological Seminary. Prior to moving to Phoenix to start Crosspoint in 2011, Robbie served as an assistant pastor in Montrose, CO.

Timothy Terpstra serves as a pastor at Crosspoint Baptist Church in Phoenix, Arizona.  A graduate of Maranatha Baptist Bible College, B.A., M.A., and Central Baptist Theological Seminary, M.DIV., Timothy loves the church of Jesus Christ and has been interested in church planting in the Southwest for many years.

After serving on a pastoral staff for twelve years in Northwestern Minnesota, the Lord gave the Terpstra’s the opportunity to move to the Valley and join the Crosspoint family in the summer of 2013 to help establish a biblically faithful, vibrant church that would make a gospel impact in the Valley and around the world.

Timothy and his wife Beth live in North Phoenix, and are the happy parents of four energetic children Reagan, Jayme, Samuel, and Judson.  They enjoy exploring the outdoors, participating in sports, and sharing life with people.
