Robbie Glazner, Lead Pastor
Married in 2004, Robbie and Charissa have four children: Abigayle (5), Molly (4), Bobby (3) and Lucy (infant).
Robbie is lead pastor at Crosspoint, serving alongside other men as they together lead the congregation to honor God and make him known. Prior to moving to Phoenix, Robbie served as an assistant pastor in Montrose, CO. He received a B.A. and M.A. in Biblical Studies from Maranatha Baptist Bible College, and a Master of Divinity from Central Baptist Theological Seminary, Virginia Beach, VA.
Charissa grew up in a church planters home in WI. Her formal training is in the area of music. She was executive director of Milwaukee Opera Theatre and taught voice at Maranatha Baptist Bible College for four years. She looks forward to ministry involving music and women’s discipleship.
Under the leadership of Pastor Jim Welch, Victory Baptist Church of Montrose, CO has sent out the Glazners to start Crosspoint.
